The time requirement report (screen shot above) displays the variance between actual employee hours worked during each week and their weekly time requirement. Working hours UNDER the weekly requirement are negative, so a figure of -6.5 means the employee is 6.5 hours under their weekly time requirement The weekly employee time requirement is set on the Manage Employees screen. This report is useful for quickly determining how each employee is performing against their weekly time requirement.
