User Security Levels in Timesheets MTS |
Timesheets MTS provides four different security levels to allow different levels of access to different staff members using the system. The details of the four security levels are:

Level 1: Normal User |
A staff member with the normal user access level is intended to be a user who spends most of their time entering timesheet data. A normal user can:

Level 2: Project Manager |
A project manager is intended to be a senior staff member responsible for one or more projects within the company. To this end they are able to monitor all aspects of their projects, and create new normal users if required. A project manager can:

Level 3: Financial User |
A financial user is intended to be a be a member of your staff responsible for financial functions and thus should be able to monitor activity on projects, and track invoices as they are raised. A financial user can:
