Adding Timesheet Items in Timesheets MTS

  1. While on the Timesheet screen, with the appropriate week start and week day selected click the button for the desired item type (time, travel or expenditure).
  2. Depending on the type of timesheet item you want to add one of the following screens will be displayed:

    Time

    Select a project, a task, enter a description for the time spent, and enter the hours spent. Click the OK button to add the time. You must enter all details before you will be allowed to add the time. Note that depending on several options in the software the time entry screen may appear slightly different to the screen shown here.

    Travel

    Select a project, a task, enter a description for the travel, and enter the travel distance. Click the OK button to add the travel entry. You must enter all details before you will be allowed to add the travel entry.

    Expenditure

    Select a project, task, and supplier for the expenditure. You must also enter an invoice number, a description of the expenditure and an expenditure amount before you can add the expenditure entry. Enter any of the other details as required and click the OK button to add the expenditure entry.
