Contacts in Timesheets MTS |
Timesheets MTS includes a contacts database to centralize details of both your suppliers and customers. You can enter all required details for a contact to allow billing and expenditure tracking. In addition contacts can be classified by type for ease of use.
The contact maintenance screen provides a list of created contacts down the left hand side, and a details form for the selected contact on the right. To select an contact click on it in the list on the left hand side of the screen and its details will be displayed. In addition to being able to add/edit/delete contacts you can also print out a complete contact list (click the Print List button) or print out all contacts with their address details (click the Print Addresses button.
The contact maintenance screen can be accessed from the Contact Maintenance button on the main toolbar or from the Contact Maintenance option of the Data Maintenance drop down menu.
